Meet Paul Carberry – the Commercial Manager for CJK. As Commercial Manager he plays a crucial role in all stages of the project life-cycle and has played a key role on some of the most prestigious projects in Ireland. His in-depth knowledge of commercial management and quantity surveying within construction means that he ensures all CJK’s projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
He's also passionate about playing golf (but not necessarily being good at it) and is regularly spotted running laps around the CJK HQ at lunchtimes.
It’s no secret that our people are our most important asset at CJK. We foster a winning work culture where people feel part of something special. We take great pride in building up our people and the communities where we work and live.
CJK are delighted to announce that we have recently renewed our International ISO certifications to the latest ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018. The standard was issued to CJK Engineering by ISO CE Limited, one of the leading independent providers of certification services in Rep. of Ireland. ISO Certification to these three foremost standards for Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is used by businesses across the globe.
Fergus Foran, CJK QEHS Manager said; “The announcement comes as a result of CJK’s continuing commitment to the delivery of outstanding service using our Integrated Management Systems and processes to achieve effective and efficient outcomes for our clients, with our projects consistently being delivered safely, to a high standard and on-time.”
These International ISO standards incorporate the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology and applies a risk-based thinking approach, which enables organisations to determine the factors that could affect its' processes and Integrated Management System to diverge.
ISO Certification is the precursor to improved customer satisfaction, staff health, well-being & motivation, coupled with a focus on sustainable construction and continuous improvement.
